Comprised of mainly Technical Staff we are a dynamic, constantly evolving team based in Essex, England. From here we support systems across Essex, the Home Counties and around the world. In the early 90’s we developed a monitoring system which has been honed into a modern platform to pro-actively monitor clients systems 24/7 preditcing failures and bottlenecks before they occur. This approach is far more effective than the old break-fix methodology still employed by many of our competitors and results in less down time. Unlike many companies we do not use Premium Rate numbers. We use a single contact number combined with the latest unified communications technology to ensure almost unparalleled availability. Support is what we started doing and we haven’t lost that focus – it’s still our top priority. We can manage your complete system, work in tandem with existing supppliers and of course work with your in-house “IT person” if you have one helping them out when things get sticky or just doing the things that are outside of their experience.
System design and implementation
Designing a new system from the ground up, bringing on-board a new piece of software, moving to the cloud or replacing old hardware are things we’ve been doing for over 35 years. We’ll take the strain leaving you to concentrate on running your business.
Backing up your data is of paramount importance. Sending it to a secure, offsite remote location takes away all the hassle of changing tapes or disks and gives you the flexibility of being able to restore to anywhere in the world at the touch of a botton, especially usefull if your premises or server are unuseable for any reason.

We can also configure inter-site links (VPN’s), set home workers up to access office systems and connect your mobile users to corporate infrastructures wherever they are.

Just having a good internet conection isn’t enough – keeping it secure from attack is something too many people still overlook. A properly configured firewall means you staff can work from home safely. We major in Watchguard, GTA and Endian but also have experience of Cisco, DrayTek, Uer and most others in general use today.

Sensitive Data Destruction
If you have sensitive data on your old disk drives we will securely wipe them and then, just to be safe, take them to a specialist disposal expert who will provide a certificate to show they have been destroyed.
